Referee Clinics

The Sask Volleyball Referee Committee strongly encourages all Sask Volleyball Referees to attend a clinic every year. Clinics are sponsored by both Sask Volleyball and the Saskatchewan High School Athletic Association. At these clinics, Referees will register with Sask Volleyball for the new season, review the rules and procedures, be introduced to new rules and/or interpretations for the year, and will prepare for the upcoming High School season. New and returning Referees are invited to attend.

Mentor Clinics

The Sask Volleyball Referee Committee designates certain Sask Cup tournaments as mentor tournaments. These provide opportunity for Novice officials to be supervised by experienced officials and receive feedback on their referee abilities. Ultimately, the goal of these tournaments is to start the process of upgrading participants to a Level 1 (Local) official designation.
