(PDF) Volleyball Canada NCCP Pathways Overview

Volleyball Canada maintains NCCP coaching certification standards for all club National Championships. In 2017 Volleyball Canada and the Provincial/Territorial Volleyball Associations developed a single policy to apply across the country. The policy is progressive over three years to lessen the demands for time, and allows for meaningful growth as a coach.

YEARLY CERTIFICATION DEADLINE

***All HEAD COACHES must meet the following standards by 11:59pm March 1.***

Under these new requirements, Sask Volleyball will check certification and impose the necessary fines – Volleyball Canada will no longer check certification nor impose fines. The fines will remain with Sask Volleyball and can be used in the same manner as in the past – held in trust for one year for the fined coach or club to use toward certification or be applied to a Sask Volleyball coaching budget.
