2020 Sask Summer Games

Sask Summer Games (SSG) program provides opportunities to select athletes and coaches from across Saskatchewan to represent their province. This program brings together identified high performance 14U athletes (2006 or later) throughout the 9 Districts in Saskatchewan and provides them instruction with coaches and access to sport science specialists. The training environment is structured to be dedicated, cohesive, and innovative. These young athletes are developed as life long students of the game.

SSG training opportunities are in environments designed to reinforce self-ignition and inspire athletes to reach their individual dreams and goals. It is important to Sask Volleyball that a positive impact be felt within each team.

Once Sask Volleyball High Performance staff has assigned coaches in each District, we will announce open tryouts dates, locations and registration information.

Tryout information available May 1

Please note: With Covid-19 uncertainty, the Sask Games Council and the city of Lloydminster, plan to make an official announcement prior to May 15th. For the time being, all Sask sport bodies will continue to plan for this summer event.
