Note: You must have 6 of your players confirmed as 'Active' to be able to register for tournaments.

Note: You can have up to three (3) 'coaching staff'; however only two (2) can be listed as coaches and one (1) can be listed as a trainer.

Note: If you have an assistant coach who is not NCCP certified, list them as 'coach level 1'
