Application of Coaching Fines
The following process will be utilized for assessing and collecting coaching fines beginning December 1, 2009;
· For all first time fines, the total amount of the fine will be applied by the SVA to your registration fees for certification in Level 1 or 2 Technical/Practical.
Example: Level 1 fine is $125.00. Level 1 Technical fee is $125.00.
When you register for a Level 1 Workshop, your fine will cover your registration fee.
· If you fail to complete your level requirements within the 12 months allotted time, the fine will not be refunded nor will it be applied to any registration fees. In subsequent years, you will also be assessed a non refundable fine plus be required to pay all associated fees for completing your Level 1 or 2 certification.
· The SVA will invoice the coach the full amount of the fine for that year IF the coach has not fully completed the requirements for Level 1 or 2 Technical/Practical by April 30.
